The Bimbadgen name stems from the local indigenous language meaning ‘Place of Good View’. The visionary architecture of the winery, including the striking bell tower that is the iconic image of the brand, seeks to complement the natural landscape by capturing the stunning views from every possible vantage point. The winery and vineyard is located high on a hill in Pokolbin, in the heart of the Hunter Valley wine region. You can get up close to the winemaking action as you walk through the open plan winemaking facility with viewing platforms across the winery operations, enjoy a world class food and wine experience in Esca Bimbadgen restaurant, stop by the Cellar Door for an informative wine tasting, or simply relax with a glass of wine and a wood fire pizza in the Courtyard Cafe.
