Transport and Accommodation
Orange To Heifer Station Rapid Bus Shuttle Service
$17 return per person (pre-purchased prior to the event).
$24 each way if purchased on the day of the event at pick up points.
Pick up points:
- Orange Showground, corner Leeds Parade & Margaret Street
- Orange Visitor Centre, Byng Street
- Orange High School, Woodward Street
- Forbes Road, opposite Sieben Drive
Parking is available at all shuttle bus pick up points.
Orange bus shuttle services to Heifer Station commences 30 minutes prior to the official gate opening times. Return Orange bus shuttle services from Heifer Station commences an hour before the end for the show.
Bathurst / Cowra / Parkes / Dubbo Bus Services
Bus services available from the following locations:
- Bathurst bus service stopping at Bathurst, The Rock, Vittoria, Millthorpe and Spring Hill.
- Cowra bus service stopping at Cowra, Canowindra and Nashdale.
- Parkes bus service stopping at Parkes and Manildra.
- Dubbo bus service stopping at Dubbo, Wongarbon, Geurie, Wellington and Molong.

LIMITED PAID PARKING AVAILABLE ON SITE
PARKING ON SITE MUST BE PRE-PURCHASED
There is limited parking available on site at Heifer Station Wines and a $30.00 parking pass must be pre-purchased prior to the event if you wish to park at the venue. If you missed adding a parking pass to your ticket booking, please click below to purchase via Ticketmaster.
*No parking permitted on surrounding streets near the venue. Fines may apply.
If you are driving to the event, drug and alcohol testing may occur when arriving and leaving the venue. If you are unsure, please utilise the Orange bus shuttles. One way return tickets from the event can be purchased on the night. More Information HERE.
Disabled Parking
There will be limited disabled parking spaces available at Heifer station you must pre book these spaces through info@roundhouse.com.au, there is no charge for this parking. Please note that this event is held at a winery and therefore there are some uneven and rough surfaces.
Private Coach Parking
Private coach parking passes must be pre-booked for $10.00. Please email info@roundhouse.com.au to process a booking. Please specify the capacity of the coach you are bringing and it’s rego - anything from a 12 seater onwards will be classified as a coach.
Taxis
Taxis in this area are in very short supply and must be pre-booked via Orange Taxis on 131 008. We recommend catching the Orange shuttle service instead and hailing a taxi in town.
RIDE SHARING services are not available in this regional area.
Drop Off / Pick Up
To avoid congestion we advise you to drop off your guests at one of our Orange Bus shuttle pick up points. Drop off and pickup area at this venue is limited to patrons with mobility issues and must be done in the dedicated area within the venue.
Drop off and pick up on the highway is strictly prohibited.
Foot Traffic
You must arrive & leave the venue in a vehicle. No pedestrian foot traffic will be allowed to leave this venue. If you are being picked up, you must be collected from the drop off and pick up zone inside the venue.
