Directions

Vector Arena is located in Mahuhu Cres on the edge of the CBD. It is both accessible and highly visible from Beach Rd and Quay St and within easy reach of public transport, hotels, restaurants and is on the tourist circuit. There are approximately 4000 hotel rooms within 2km of the site.

Transport and Accommodation

PUBLIC TRANSPORT OPTIONS

BUS

Britomart station is a short ten minute walk from the Arena and is on all major bus routes – including the free City Circuit Bus.

Stairs and an entrance at the eastern end of the Britomart platform will bring patrons out onto a walk way that will take them to Britomart Place.

There will be clear signage with directions from Britomart to Vector Arena.

Alternatively the Beach Rd stop on the Link Bus Route is approximately 100m from the Arena. The Link runs continuously 7-days a week.

TRAIN

Rail access to the Vector Arena will be via Britomart station.

FERRY

The Downtown ferry terminal is a ten minute walk away and Quay St and Beach Rd have been upgraded making this walk safe and pleasant.

PUBLIC PARKING

Vector Arena has no public parking however for those who choose to drive there are 7000 carparks within a 1.2km distance of the Arena.
