Important information for a day on the green, Saturday 9 March at Bimbadgen Winery, Hunter Valley.
TICKET TYPES
PREMIUM FRONT GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS (standing room only)
There are NO seats provided in this area, all chairs are prohibited in this section. This ticket allows patrons into a fenced area directly in front of the stage, this ticket also gives you express entry into the concert and access to a dedicated lane at the top bar only. When purchasing a General Admission ticket you may be quoted a row and seat number, however these are for inventory purposes only and do not reflect an actual seat or location. Kids are not admitted free in this area - everyone needs a ticket.
RESERVED SEATING
The Reserved seats are located in front of the stage behind The Front General Admission Standing area. Seats are provided in the Reserved Seating section. You may dance in the seated section, but please remain in front of the seat you have purchased.
Sections:
PLATINUM - these seats are directly behind The Front General Admission Standing area. Seats are provided in this section.
GOLD - these seats are located to the sides of the Platinum seats. Seats are provided in this section.
SILVER - these seats are located directly behind the Gold and Concert & Dining seats. Seats are provided in this section.

GENERAL ADMISSION (GA)
The General Admission area spreads across the winery concert area, behind the Reserved Seating and Front General Admission areas. This is an unreserved area that is based on a first-come, first-served basis - BYO rug or deck chair. Please be aware of how much room your group is taking up; be considerate of others and set up as indicated on the screen graphic, or as advised by ushers/security.
When purchasing a General Admission ticket you may be quoted a row and seat number, however these are for inventory purposes only and do not reflect an actual seat or location.

Buses get priority access and are the most convenient way to access the event.

All private buses coming to a day on the green need to register for a car space. Do so by emailing info@roundhouse.com.au
WHAT TO BRING:
Jacket, hat and sunscreen, comfy shoes (there are uneven surfaces). Cash sales only at catering outlets.
PERMITTED: Sealed bottled water (no larger than 700ml), food, esky, point & shoot cameras only. See show page for more details.
NOT PERMITTED: Strictly no BYO alcohol or non-alcoholic drinks except sealed bottles of water. This is a licensed event. No umbrellas (even if it's raining), tables, glass, metal cutlery, tents or sunshelters. Professional cameras, video or recording equipment are NOT allowed. We can't judge beforehand if your camera will be deemed professional. It's up to security staff on the day, and debate will not be entered into. Cameras with powerful zoom lenses or multiple lenses in a carry case are not allowed.
Responsible Service of Alcohol practices are enforced at this concert.
