What can I bring to a day on the green?

* a day on the green sites are in wineries, which have some sloped and uneven areas. Wear sensible footwear/gumboots for wet weather.

*Bring sunscreen and a hat! - Please note: there are no sheltered areas - come prepared for rain or shine.

* If you are in the general admission area you can bring your deck/camping chair & rug.

* BYO sealed bottled water, a thermos.

* Food - no glass. Food is also available for purchase - cash only.

Please Note: Bags/Eskys will be checked for safety reasons. Any contraband will be confiscated.

Can I bring my Camera or Digital Video Camera?

Point and shoot cameras are permitted but professional-standard cameras and video cameras are not. Unauthorized or prohibited photography may result in images being deleted by security staff. Media and professional photographers must arrange accreditation through our Publicist email Chrissie Camp chrissie@ccpublicity.com.au.

How do I know if my SLR camera will be considered professional?
We can’t judge that beforehand. It’s up to security staff on the day, and debate will not be entered into. The best bet is to leave SLR cameras at home and bring a 'point and shoot' camera instead. Generally, cameras with powerful zoom lenses or multiple lenses in a carry case are not allowed.

Prohibited Items

* Alcohol, soft drink - a day on the green is a licensed event, alcohol is available for purchase at all venues.

* Metal cutlery - bring plastic cutlery to cut your bread and cheese.

* Sunshades, tents and tables

* Umbrellas, even if its raining. Bring good quality raincoats and gumboots instead.

* Glass

* There will be a security check at the gate and prohibited items will be confiscated. Roundhouse Entertainment does not take any responsibility for confiscated items.

* The above conditions of entry are not negotiable and debate will not be entered into either prior to, at the event or after.

What if it rains?

If it does rain the show will go ahead unless conditions are deemed to be dangerous. If an event does not go ahead due to this reason, patrons will receive a full refund from point of purchase.

If the forecast is for even the possibility of rain bring good quality raincoats and suitable footwear.

Can I bring the kids?

At all shows (excluding WA), kids under the age of 12 can enter free of charge in the General Admission area (only)*. Kids aged 12 and over will be charged full price.

*Please note: Kings Park, Botanic Garden, WA everyone must purchase a ticket including kids.

Persons under 18 must be accompanied by a ticket-holding parent or legal guardian at all times

Are Eftpos facilities available?

No, cash only.

Are passouts available?

Yes, except for Kings Park, Botanic Garden, WA

Are refunds available?

No. Once the ticket sale is processed the purchase is final. Refunds will only be offered to patrons if the entire show is cancelled or abandoned due to extreme weather conditions.

Can I stand up in the Reserved seating area?

Patrons will not be stopped from standing in front of their allocated seat during the performance.

Can i bring an esky into the Reserved seated section?

Yes, however unlike the general admission area there is less space in the reserved seated area for large eskys/picnics and it is advised that patrons bring smaller eskys or cooler bags.

Can I stand up in the General Admission area?

Patrons will not be stopped from standing during the performance.

Will the program times or artists be likely to change?

Occasionally changes occur that are out of our control. Scheduled performance times and artist line-ups are subject to change. No refund will be offered in these circumstances.

Are there facilities for disabled people?

Yes. Just look out for the signs to disabled parking upon arrival. They will be sign-posted and also marked on the Site Map (which can be downloaded in the Venues section of the website).

Note: Kings Park & Botanic Garden, ACROD Parking is clearly signed & available on Forrest Drive in close proximity to the DNA Tower - only accessible from the Crawley end of the park. More ACROD Parking is also available in the car park located behind Fraser's Restaurant.

Disabled toilets are available at each venue as well as Disabled viewing areas.

Please Note that 'a day on the green' shows are held at wineries. Therefore, there are some sloped and uneven areas.

Can I buy wine on the day to take home?

Yes, wine is on sale not only for consumption at the event but at some venues you can also purchase the vineyard's wines at their cellar door to take home. Check at the cellar door bars at the venue.

Please note: Kings Park & Botanic Garden, this venue is not a winery however wine will be available for sale at the bar.

Can I smoke?

Yes you can, but please dispose of your cigarette thoughtfully and please be considerate of other patrons.

Please note: Kings Park & Botanic Garden is a non smoking venue.

Is First Aid available?

Yes. Please ask Security, Event staff or First Aid officers for help. There will be a first aid service attending every event.

Please consider others as well as your own safety. If someone is in need of medical attention please let Security, Event staff or First Aid know so they can help.

Where is lost property?

If you find or lose something - please go to the merchandise shop. After the event, any lost property will be left at the winery cellar door.

Where can I park?

Parking is available at every event. A gold coin donation to the parking volunteers is greatly appreciated.

Please note: Kings Park & Botanic Garden, free parking available along Lovekin, Forrest and May Drives. A drop off zone is available at the venue entrance.
